The three people involved were administratively detained by the public security organs and fined, which made the discipline of issuing certificates serious and was well received by local cadres and the masses.

　　It is understood that the client wants to apply for a disabled person's card, but his physical condition can't reach the degree of severe disability. In order to achieve this goal, he entrusted another client with 2,200 yuan to help him with it. The entrusted party found a medical record of a severely disabled person and handed it over to a printing agency to help him alter it. The printing agency was cynical and charged 600 yuan fees to copy a false medical record and gave it to the trustee. After that, the parties used the altered medical records to apply for a disability certificate. When verifying the relevant medical records of the parties, the county disability assessment expert committee and the county disabled persons' Federation disability certificate issuance management leading group found that it was a suspected false certificate and handed it over to the public security organ for handling. The Linshu County Public Security Bureau found out that the illegal fact that the parties used the certificates of altered institutions was established, and the three involved also confessed to the illegal facts, and the public security organs handled it according to law.
