　　The interview pointed out that at present, the development of the online car industry is generally stable and orderly, the compliance rate continues to improve, and the market order is further standardized. However, some online car platforms and aggregation platform companies still have problems such as inadequate implementation of corporate main responsibility, arbitrary adjustment of operating rules, infringement of the legitimate rights and interests of passengers and employees, and disruption of fair competition order in the market. There are potential risks of instability, and even some platform companies have operational safety accidents.

　　Interview requirements, optimize and improve service level, put an end to unfair competition and create a good market development environment; Keep the business strategy relatively stable, smooth the channels of interest appeal, and actively prevent and resolve potential risks; Further standardize business practices, rationally formulate operating rules, strengthen communication and consultation with drivers' groups, and implement the practical requirements of reducing the excessive pumping ratio; The network car aggregation platform and the cooperative network car platform companies should establish and improve the first inquiry and responsibility system in accordance with the law, and properly handle consultation complaints in a timely manner.
